In our ongoing effort to make your pet’s health care as convenient and easy as possible, you can now request a refill for your pet’s prescription by submitting the following form.

The prescription refill must be approved by the doctor. We will notify you by email or phone when your pet’s prescription is approved and ready to be picked up. If you would prefer to have it mailed, we will request a credit card number by phone prior to sending your medication by Priority Mail.

Please be aware that Federal Law prohibits the shipping of certain medications and we will advise you if this applies to your prescription request.
